A contractor working on the Kshanamoku Pool accidentally cut into a gas line at about 11 a.m. While repairs are underway, the area of Lower Campus Drive near the Pool is closed and vehicles are being detoured. Occupants of several nearby buildings have been asked to temporarily relocate as a safety precaution. Repairs are estimated to take until about 1 p.m.
