Parking permits to increase next semester; plans stalled for new structures

Andrew Itsuno, incoming ASUH president, suggests public transportation as an alleviation to parking issues on campus. Creating new parking structures will take away from income that could be used for other purposes when the problem has potential for fixing if more students would carpool or seek alternative methods of transportation.
